Greg Quinn owns and runs Qube. He specialises in helpingsenior managers and IT directors manage business change associated with system implementation andintegration. He has over 20 years experience in information systems.
Greg's first degree was in computing and mathematics. Aftercompleting his masters degree he lectured in Jay Forrester's approach to system dynamics andthen moved into operational research.
Subsequently he worked in business systems where he amassed extensive experience as a project manager in both bespokedevelopment and system implementation.
More recently he has been heavily involved in business change management.
He has enabled many clients to make intelligent and effective strategic choices in this area.
